The platform is designed to support organisations in managing their HR operations digitally — from employee records and leave management to performance tracking and reporting.
AtineHR™ is built with the particular needs of African, Caribbean, Pacific and international development organisations in mind — organisations that need professional, scalable HR systems without the complexity or cost of large enterprise HR software.
The collaboration between Diana Bomboko and Atine Labs™ did not begin as a planned business partnership. It emerged organically from a shared institutional engagement.
During Diana's work at the OACPS Secretariat, Atine Labs™ was involved in the implementation and configuration of BambooHR for the institution. Diana's HR expertise and John Bosco Atine's ICT capabilities were brought together — and the combination proved powerful: HR processes were improved and documented before the system was configured, leading to a cleaner, more adopted implementation.
That experience became the model for the AtineHR™ collaboration that Diana now offers to other organisations.
